1. Bag work with bands:

2. Med ball explosive pushes: Attach a medicine ball to one end of the band using the medicine ball harness. Anchor the other end to an object (Anchor height can vary). Perform explosive pushes generating the force from your torso. Flexbands® are used in this exercise to create multi planar resistance. Bands used: Mini, Monster Mini, Light, Average.


3. Isometric strength: In wrestling or grappling there is often a need for isometric strength in unique angles such as maintaining the “virgin position” against an attacking opponent or maintaining a strangle hold on an opponent. Flexbands® can assist in working the specific movements and isometric contractile positions with resistances of up to 200LBS. Bands used: Mini, Monster Mini, Light, Average, Strong, Monster
