1. Football shuffles: Attach 4 bands together in slipknots to perform shuffle drills. Attach one end of the bands to a steady object and attach the other end to the football harness. The running distance should not exceed 5-6 yards. It is important to mark a clear start and stop line. Bands used: Light, Average, Strong.

2. Football catch and release drills: To work on reaction time and hand/eye coordination. Attach 2 Mini bands to the Football Harness. Catch and release the ball in various angles. Bands used: Mini, Monster Mini.

4. Deceleration drills: Many coaches train their athletes in methods that increase acceleration and speed yet give little attention to deceleration. The ability to decelerate quickly (and then perhaps change movement direction) on the court, gridiron or ice is crucial to sporting performance. Depth Jumps and Augmented Depth Jumps: This is a great exercise for working on deceleration and change of direction. Augmented Depth Jumps are to be used only after the athlete has adapted to regular depth jumps. Attach bands to an object on floor level and have the athlete wear the other ends of the bands on his/her shoulders using the Adhesive Belt to hold them in place. Bands used: Mini, Monster Mini Light, Average, Strong.

5. Side shuffle: Attach 4 bands together in slipknots to perform shuffle drills. Attach one end of the bands to a steady object and wear the other end on your waist, (no harness or belt is needed). The running distance should not exceed 5-6 yards. Side step back and forth without crossing your legs. It is important to mark a clear start and stop line. Bands used: Light, Average, Strong.
