Bodyweight Exercises

1. Pushup: To perform this exercise, simply grab the band with both hands and pass it behind your back. Bands used: Mini, Monster Mini, Light, Average, Strong.

2. Assisted dips
: Using Flexbands® suspended from the top of the rack or another higher object would assist an athlete with a more limited strength capacity to perform the movement properly. Bands used: Mini, Monster Mini, Light.

3. Resisted dips: Using Flexbands® anchored to the bottom of the rack or another floor level object would load the muscles more towards the end of the movement utilizing the mechanical advantage of muscles (stronger towards the end of the concentric phase in this particular movement) Bands used: Mini, Monster Mini, Light, Average, Strong.

4. Assisted pull-ups: When an assisting pull-up machine is not available, Flexbands® are used to assist athletes who cannot otherwise perform this exercise. Bands used: Mini, Monster Mini, Light, Average.



5. Assisted body rows: Flexbands® are used to assist athletes who cannot otherwise perform this exercise. Bands used: Mini, Monster Mini, Light.
